Heres a few quotes that led me to the conculusion:

and he puts on his tin foil hat and says this:

I suspect the self proclaimed “former teenaged dot.com millionaire” didn’t make as much cash or was as clever as the google guys - the article sinks of envy.
Unfortunately I can’t use Google Talk to connect to my own Jabber server.
