So you are going around writing false and miss leading articles about
the geckonet service now are you

Things you stated are wrong and miss leading

Do I add you to the law suit against Destra and the rest do I ?

  1. AHAHAHAH!

“misleading” is the correct spelling, and I believe “lawsuit” is one word.

My goodness people who threaten legal action should get an education in spelling and grammar.

As your hosting provider, I’m yet to see evidence of you breaking any laws so keep on blogging ;) If you make a claim that “XYZ said/did ABC” specifically reference where you got that information from, if it was a phone conversation state it. That way, should he try to sue you the judge will laugh at him, as its not just you making shit up.

  • I’d perhaps give the Australian IT section a call.

  • Pete Says:

Woah. Jason’s reading an awful lot in to your blog entries if he thinks there’s anything in there that’s false. Unless you were making that stuff up about trying to call their support and having paid in advance.

About all I can do is second what others have already said. Keep it up. :-)

I was just covering things as they appeared in the media and news. His company had caused me a lot of stress and anger while they neglected to tell customers that the service had been cut off - I use the connection to monitor internal processes at our company from home so its vital I have connectivity.

Now, apparently, I’m being sued :) Somehow I think I have more grounds than he does.
