His company had caused me a lot of stress and anger while they neglected to tell customers that the service had been cut off - I use the connection to monitor internal processes at our company from home so its vital I have connectivity. "misleading" is the correct spelling, and I believe "lawsuit" is one word. My goodness people who threaten legal action should get an education in spelling and grammar. As your hosting provider, I'm yet to see evidence of you breaking any laws so keep on blogging ;) If you make a claim that "XYZ said/did ABC" specifically reference where you got that information from, if it was a phone conversation state it.
